General Conditions and Cancellation Policies.
Reception opening Hours: 24hrs. Check in time: 1pm / Check out time: 10:30 am. The payment of the stay is done at check in. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 11:30am. For safety reasons, no-one apart from guests are allowed into the rooms. This includes guest’s friends and family. Please respect others by keeping common areas clean and tidy. According to law no. 26.687, smoking indoors is prohibited. Pets are not allowed.
Booking Policies: Bookings are only guaranteed once you receive a confirmation e-mail from the hostel staff. In case you don’t receive it in the first 6hrs after your request, please contact us directly via e-mail at email@example.com or phone: +543514263358.You can make a reservation by providing the details of a valid credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and Nativa accepted). There will be no charge in this case, unless there’s a late cancellation (read further for cancellation policies). You can make a reservation with an advanced payment/deposit of 20% of your total booking fee. Advanced payment of the total amount is not obligatory, but it can be made conveniently using the same methods (deposit, transfer or card).
Cancellation Policies by Guests: Cancellations or booking changes must be made directly via e-mail. Cancellations or booking changes will only be accepted once you receive a confirmation e-mail from GreenGo’s Staff.If you inform us of a total or partial cancellation 4 or more days in advance, 80% of the total payment will be refunded by bank transference only. For cancellations 72 hours before check in, a 50% of the total will be refund by bank transference only. For cancellations less than 24hr before check, there is no reimbursement for the paid deposit.Once you’ve checked in, if you’d like to cancel some nights of your stay, there will be a charge of 20% of the whole stay.
“NO SHOW” Charges: In case of a No Show without previous notice, there will be a charge of a 100% of the first night of your stay to your credit/debit card. We are not responsible for personal or travel incidents (we recommend you hire travel insurance).
Hostel Cancellation Policy: If for any reason out of our control we must cancel your full or partial booking, we will inform you by e-mail, a minimum of 4 days before your arrival. We will recommend another hostel close by with similar facilities and prices.We will reimburse the total of your paid deposit. If you have a confirmed booking and upon arrival we don’t have any beds available, due to a failure in our system, we will provide one for you in a partner Hostel nearby with the same facilities as GreenGo Hostel & Bar for your whole stay.The total of your paid deposit will be reimbursed.
